EMS Update 2026 Conference Rates are per night and are ONLY for registered students, faculty and exhibitors at EMS Update 2026. Historically the room block goes fast so be sure to lock in your room now! To ensure rooms are used by conference participants (attending classes, speaking at classes, exhibiting at the conference) we reserve the right to inform Seven Springs to charge the going room rate for anyone not registered for EMS Update 2026 and staying at the resort March 25-29.

Single Rate is $169 per night (includes one complimentary hot breakfast buffet coupon per night paid).
Double Rate is $192 per night (includes two complimentary hot breakfast buffet coupons per night paid).

The resort, specifically the hotel rooms, cabins, chalets, all hallways, lobbies, meeting rooms, lounges and dining areas are smoke free. Guests may request ashtrays to be used only on the hotel lodge room balconies.

Check in is after 4pm and Check-out is before 11am.

Guest rooms feature a balcony or patio for hotel tower or traditional rooms. Flat screen TVs and complimentary wireless internet are available in each room.

If you encounter any issues with your hotel room while at Seven Springs, please contact the hotel front desk and ask for a manager. EMS West staff can not assist you with your personal reservation/hotel room.

These EMS Update 2026 rates are for the hotel and may not be applicable to condos, cabins, chalets and townhouses. Condos, cabins, townhouses and chalets may be available during your stay and are accessible via free shuttle service to and from the main lodge. These hotel rates MAY NOT apply to the condos, cabins and townhouses. Cancellation policies are different for condominiums, townhomes, cottage and chalets.

All Rooms are non-smoking. ADA complaint hotel rooms are available. Pet friendly guest rooms are available. Note: We are a pet friendly resort. Pets are permitted in the hotel lobby, throughout the corridor of the pet-friendly hallway and in select guest rooms designated pet friendly. **There are a limited number of designated pet friendly rooms, offered on a space available basis. These rooms MUST be requested in advance.** Pets are not permitted on festival grounds during events, in any of our shops and restaurants, on any chairlifts or on any ski slopes during ski season. The deadline for hotel reservations is February 22, 2026. On February 23, 2026, any unused portion of our room block will be released to sale to the general public. Resort will continue to accept reservations after the cut off date on a space and rate available basis. The above rates may not be available beginning February 23, 2026. The hotel fills quickly for the conference. Limited hotel room availability Friday night. Please check with the hotel regarding their deposit and refund policy. Due to insurance and fire code regulations, as well as for the safety and comfort of all guests, cooking is prohibited in Hotel rooms, suites and function rooms.
